COD orders are shipped only after confirmation.
All orders (COD & prepaid) are dispatched within 24 working hours.
Free standard delivery within 3–5 working days across India.
COD orders include an additional ₹100 charge, which is non-refundable. In case of a return, only the product amount will be refunded.
Flat 7-day exchange & return policy from the date of delivery.
An exchange order will be created only after the original product has been picked up.
Additional exchange or return requests will incur a charge of ₹150 per pair for pickup and re-delivery, applicable within 7 days from the last delivery date.

Perfect colour and quality
Almost any outfit looks great with these flats with a matte brown colour. They also feel great. I ordered a size 38 because I often wear a brand-name 38 in other clothing, and it fit me perfectly. Also, the price is fair.
